The Extra-Governmental Organization that courts countries, indigenous groups, and religions, providing support for the rights of refugees, people of faith (all faiths okay), those transacting business in and visiting outer space, and license agreements for outer space technologies that can be used on Earth as long as they have adequate oversight and are not weaponized.
While some of our religious support budgetary projects are experimental with Catholics only or Catholics and Orthodox only to start with, (like FARS Space Program´s free educational support for science and the arts at Catholic schools), free ecumenical access to the systems used so a different religion could implement that type of program is guaranteed at a minimum.

Earth Transform Technology Committee open for business in 2026
We are excited to announce our technology for VLCI (Very Low Cost Infrastructure) will allow Templo Bank to start making plans to lower shipping costs for domestic-created staple products inside Latin and South America.
Indigenous groups with the right to self-determination locally AND countries are welcome to take advantage of our free membership for 10 years deal. Country members one-time registration fee is $10k within a year.
All committee members are allowed to decide upon the technologies that are internal or externally created for review and determine the level of oversight required as well as details of how they can be used on Earth.
Members in good standing are allowed development licensing for approved technologies inside the boundaries of their own country. There is a schedule of license costs, but the only costs for FARS or Oasis Roma-owned technologies is 2 percent of sales from end-users and whatever oversight arrangements are made for that technology- following committee guidelines.
Example: Let´s say the Boring Company of Los Angeles would like the US Navy to move their airstrip from Imperial Beach to their fully-owned island called San Clemente. The Navy requires almost a 10 mile tunnel to reach the island. Once the tunnel is operational, though, they can create barracks and facilities for thousands of sailors, engineers, and marines. They avail themselves of our virtual tunnel boring equipment license through the Pentagon and get a team of engineers (some Norwegians may help) and apply for an oversight team for the project.
2 percent of the project cost will go to the ETT technology fund, while the oversight cost will be determined by the country, the Pentagon, the UN, or whatever follows the guidelines of what the Oasis Roma ETT committee set.
