Treble Over California! Program by FARS Terrestrial

Welcome to one of the most unique experiences that you could have thus far in the 21st century.  FARS space program, which dukes it out with China for the oldest continuous space program in history (they have better food thus far), has a terrestrial component that will bring 6 to 8 artificial islands to life in front of us, some within the course of a few decades.  

Three of these islands will try and recapture the excitement of the first California adventure, which started during Ferdinand and Isabella of Spain, and was partly about finding a place with the perfect climate to put into a frequency cube that was to be used as a living environment in outer space.  The joke to many in Southern California is that the fact that the perfect climate place was National City, an area noted for being so well shielded by all of the negative attributes heaped upon it.  (San Diego= 30+ million visitors annually, National City next door= 3 tourists in one year counted by Chamber of Commerce).

Each Island will feature authentic coastline and geography like California (no, not the San Andreas fault).  The West Coast will be from Rosarito to Santa Monica with all military installations cut out of the picture.   The islands' width will vary as the primary goal is to provide people with the California Mediterannean climate they love.  The islands' owner is an Extra-Governmental Organization called Oasis Roman that is not a country but a UN-like member organization that focuses on approving space technology for use in outer space and on this planet while underpinning economic opportunity and social growth for Catholics as it tests out a layer approach to governments that 

After that, there will be a:

  • 70/30 split between Catholics and people's of other faiths when it comes to initially settling.  We will allow our technology to be used by people of other faith and islands like Taiwan that could create another Taiwan if they wanted.  Our other islands may have less focus on ratios.
  • An agreement to offer 10 percent of the land to the Catholic Charities working with refugees
  • An agreement to offer 10 percent of the land to a group of people like the Romani or Tibetans that can use it to self-govern or like a Malta, where families can own family homes without tax and enjoy the island as a getaway.
What Happened?

As 'The Trouble is over' alludes to there was a problem in the 1700's and 1800's with 5 major empires and republics putting a development plan together to ensure California was excellent by 2027, only to have narcotics interests in the state tell the US that they would quit and turn everything over to them when 'federal troops' arrived.  Eventually the US took over with a degree of subterfuge and the countries that could have written a very different ending lost California to a new and eventually wonderful future.  A private case remains, however and the US, which obviously targeted Catholic interests in the late 1700s despite Catholic countries loaning them the equivalent of $90 billion dollars for the revolution and fighting and clearing Alabama, the Caribbean, and New Orleans of potential British threats to the US from the South, is not actually party to that case because it famously says about such conflicts 'financial settlement cannot politically happen'. So, the Treble is Over program helps settle things for the public that will never be paid by creating 3 Southern California islands in the Southern Hemisphere that are majority Catholic population.

Catholic Universities!

If you work or study at a Catholic school, you might already know about the commitment that FARS Space Program has made to providing free educational support.  

While FARS Terrestrial has opportunities and a couple of new major possibilities for Catholic Universities to pursue, the far more important news is that we are open to young Catholics to creating, working on, and organizing and running this aspect of Cooperativismondo.  So get excited about one of the biggest opportunities of the next few centuries! Be a part and play a role and become part of a most excellent future and history!

  • We will also be recruiting schools to   expand to the island.  
  • Each 'California' will be slightly different with the Atlantic 'California' starting with San Agostino at the South and Santa Monica at the North, while the Pacific 'California' uses San Miguel in the South and a different name in the Nort .
