Membership Benefits for Countries

 Oasis Roman offers country-level members:

• 1 decade of free-membership, followed by a $10,000 per year cost for maintenance fees.  Try our EGO for as long as a decade without any financial obligation except the optional cost of attending meetings or the annual party.  
• ETT (Earth Transform Technology) Committee membership that allows for a vote on whether technology developed for outer space can be successfully turned into Earth technology that is usuable with a level of oversight also determined by the committee.
• ´Plowshared´ tech confiscated from outlaws that attacked our Plenipotentiary people while we had events that required anti-terrorist level security.  The ETT committee countries can have plowshared tech for free provided they do not use it as a weapon and it is adequately oversight and its applications in outer space and Earth come back to committee for approval.   Below is a real story that happened and allowed us to confiscate weaponry and use it for good.

• PTT (Planetary Transform Technology) Committee membership that allows for licensing, sales and purchases through Spacemart and a chance to set guidelines for Planetary patents and copyright.  An example issue is whether countries prefer to use our model:  Nearest Planet sets the moons´'and asteroids´ patent and copyright policies or something else.
• Access to all basic and important FARS Space Program data from outer space and voting rights on the safety committee that sets what type of safety data will be available to the public as the public becomes more comfortable purchasing operations in outer space.

Indigenous Groups

If you are an indigenous group recognized as a tribe, people, or polity by your government, you are allowed to join OasisRoman.org without cost for the first 10 years.  After 9 years, there will be a vote that you have a voice and vote in that will determine whether or not their are any fees attached.  We are looking for the secrets of the stars and so any group with a creation story might understand what we are doing and try and get involved.  Benefits include:

• Full rights to join FARS Space Program committees (Except ETT voting membership will be contigent on whatever federal rights you currently have or have in the future).  
• Unexpurgated space data for your people to analyze and learn from
• Archive rights to curate and be part of our galactic archive
• Recovery fund committee rights for the Americas and world. All American Indigenous tribes and groups are allowed 20 percent of earnings after COGS/COS have been subtracted from the products that we license or sale in Outer Space through our Spacemart venue.  You can also be candidates in a vote to be part of the board of directors for Spacemart.
• Miscellaneous freebies.  Tribes of California that are members have a direct line to a possible $50 billion dollar settlement.  All tribes/groups worldwide will be allowed to use our Sunshield product without cost on their own land. (except the cablebox priced hardware and electricity).  The Sunshield will be designed to shade your fields or protect them from inclement weather like rain or hail.  Eventually, rain will be able to be ported to a pond or lake of your choice as it falls.    
• Right to join the Cooperativismondo committee that will focus on tangible ways to lower costs for communities by offering integration into programs that address affordability in housing, vacation, food and living staples, and household spending. 
• Eventually, Oasis remote construction equipment at Mars can be available to help build a regional or group community center without cost except for the labor cost (largely you) of using and keeping the equipment ready for work.  
• Employment opportunities with FARS Space Program in whatever area your people are qualified in.

Religious Groups

All Religious Groups are allowed to join us, yet Orthodox Christians, Catholics, and Buddhists and Muslims make up many of our early large religion individual members.  Our FARS Space Program offers 

• Free communication between religious parties on Earth and whatever location you will be at in outer space.
• Private communication to the extent that it can be as we are not always able to block major Earth governments from sophisticated listening.  
• Free space in our Oases for a Church, Temple, Mosque, Synagogue, or Religious Space/Community Center.  Our first Oasis is on Mars.  After that, we will have at least two more Oases in this solar system, the second will be on Pluto or its Moon.  We will also throw in free remote use equipment to create those spaces inside our frequency cubes/domes.   
• Our goal for outer space in addition to learning more about ourselves and our creation is to ensure that the layer that FARS presents as a space program does not create conflict between religions in outer space.  We therefore offer a FARS space program committee that allows for empowerment, discussion, and communication as we move forward.
• We also allow for religious digital artifact collections and curation inside our archive (throughout the galaxy) by member religions without cost.  

Note:  Our religious committee and other committees open to religious members currently have membership ratios based on the number of members of your religion that have paid for or received mega party passes for the 2000 years of Christianity Celebration.
