Q: So the search for FARS Space Program HQ locale continues?
A: Yes. We had Mexico and Madagascar and Egypt as potential sites until recently when Egypt was chosen to host an Osiris gate spaceport (rocketless space entry under development) and the old Jewish quarter of Alexandria (Young Jesus Town to some Catholics) was chosen to be the worldwide HQ of FARS Terrestrial, something that will happen after the +2k party gets started.
Coastal Syria would then pick up most of the Archives actual objets d´art and history while the Palestinian museum in Israel would be paid for by the party to showcase early Christian exhibits party exhibits should they exist as described by Yassar Arafat.
Madagascar will add a Cooperativismondo site to help put artificial islands in the Indian Ocean, with Mexico supporting the same in the Pacific Ocean as part of FARS Terrestrial.
Which leaves us with a lean towards Mexico as Madagascar is scheduled to work with a virtual towers company that will have a HQ in Bolivia and split world markets with them. Of course, there are a lot of Catholics upset about the hundreds of thousands of dead people in Mexico over the past couple of decades and they would likely want Mexico to start consider getting supportive of the Roman Oasis Catholic Auxiliary Initiative to have governments take over 10 percent of the world cocaine and marijuana markets, with amnesty to dealers as long as their organizations stop killing people once they have chosen the amnesty path. After that, the local governments will work with each cartel to identify their markets and opportunities and arrange to backfill supply to those markets legally over time so that there isn´t a need for new people to enter the world trade. The governments will then gradually pick up more and more of the market share.
Of course all of that will be talked about at a global cocaine summit in 2030. I can tell you there is a lot of business support for working in zones established to have government-sold legal drugs because the cost of doing business goes down to normal levels.
Yet Mexico obviously can decide what they are comfortable with there. It is a fact though that the decision to have them as an HQ or not will be partially dependent upon the level of safety that exists there.
Q: FARS Terrestrial is responsible for Earth, Culture and History, and Materials programs. How does Taiwan fit into this?
A: Yes. The Archive des Etoiles is more hands on about that program as it will be the one that works with checking out planetary history and culture to ensure that we don´t terraform something that once had a civilization on it. Much of the work to get ready for systems for that effort can be done here on Earth. Our materials and science prowess that can be utilized on this planet because the ETT committee allows for it at Roman Oasis will help us in outer space.
The Taiwanese Gambit recognizes that we have the technology to recreate Taiwan (like in the Kingman Reef EEZ) and offer it to all Taiwanese that wish to have a country that is recognized by all. Of course a Hong Kong-sized island will complete one end of this new island set so that the natives of Victoria Island and others can settle there if they like. The upshot is that the gambit gives Taiwan an option to start building with everyoneś support. If the option is accepted then a schedule can be talked about with China to estimate completion and defuse the current situation.
Though this hasn´t been talked about much, China understands it and we think that it is the type of option that can help people to see choices that can make the world a happier place.
Q: Speaking of a happier place. We heard that you are looking at adding desert monkeys to your Liveability Tests in California?
A: There are no secrets when it comes to monkeys apparently. Ok. Sure. We are getting started determining whether we want to start with African macaques or chimpanzees. Cornwall, Anibal, and Carmel should add some bio-dome excitement to the tv show that we are doing online. They will be up in California Valley in San Luis Obispo County eventually. Once we get started with them, we will try and arrange to allow young people to come by for pictures and space program fun. Like we are currently working on virtual directed technology that will eventually allow for first person space exploration without someone being there. Today, that is manifested in our RC vehicles and then onto virtual vehicles and ´butt´ racing on an icy volcano before moving into outer space. We actually heard that NASA will try and see how well they can create a ´virtual directed´ experience using the equipment already aboard the Europa probe.
